Location was good Staff were absolutley lovely people..!! Pretty social place where one can meet many travellers good facilities like included basic meals internet easily arranged tours

There seems to be noise all day and all night in tthe hall ways. There needs some noise reduction measures. Staff or other staff from other places close by can be hears chatting loudly at all hours. There are lots of weird noises in the night It didnt worry me cos i was so tired each night and had good earplugs MAKE SURE TO TAKE EAR PLUGS OTHERWISE

Great location with very helpful and friendly staff who seemed to go out of their way to make you feel at home. A tip of the hat to Victor who was front and center everywhere around the hotel to help you out. There was both a breakfast in the morning and a dinner at night which was terrific to meet other hotel guests who all got along and it made for great conversations over a few beers. The area where the hotel was located was two blocks to the Zocolo and big catherdral in the Centro district which along with the staff to provide maps and Metro tips made for easy personal tours.

Free wifi, nice friendly staff, clean facilities, with small dorms and own bathroom in room. Felt very safe in the hostel.

    Hard to find!

We loved the free breakfast and dinner! Mostly food was good, a few days not so great. Location was perfect. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfy, although the room felt a little open as the doors were made of glass with a curtain covering them. This was definitely more of a hostel feel (slightly nicer) than a hotel or suites feel. Compared to the sister hotel I'd rather stay here as it was much more quiet (although use the provided earplugs - they're better than the ones I brought with me and there can be some banging and noise in the night). The sister hostel has a party atmosphere but we just went over there to partake in the all you can drink keg beer for 95 pesos when we wanted and went home to our quiet hostel. Would stay here again.

Did not receive a free Pyramids tour as advertised, but we paid for it and went on it anyway (our tour guide was good, but friends we met had a different guide who wasn't nearly as good so they are variable). We did get "two city tours" for free instead, however these are only Mon Wed and Fri so our timing of 5 nights meant that we only got the Friday tour. Note we were told the tip would be expected at 50 pesos each so not really free.

    the location is good

Little noisy because there are works conducting neighborhood . The bathroom without door is inconvenient for us. And there is no place to hang clothes.

Very friendly staff, good location, room is ok, good services, good value for money.

Rooms at street side are noisy. The hostel does not actively inform guests of the fact that very close to the hostel (at the other side of the block) there is a bus stop of a direct, comfortable bus from and to the airport (line 4); the hostel advertises the use of much more expensive taxis.

We only had a quick overnight stopover and arrived very late and found the night staff very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and very quiet, and waking up to a decent breakfast on the roof was a good start to our trip. Ease of I would recommend this hostel to anyone passing through as we did.

The stuff is very friendly and always ready to help us in any way. The hostel has a great location in the historical center, just two blocks from Zocalo. We stayed in a private double room, which was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel provides free wi-fi acess (which works fine) and there are also some computers that one can freely use. There is also free breakfast and dinner. It's really anything special, but it is more than welcome and everything tastes very good. The breakfast is composed of coffee (or tea), cereals, sometimes yogurt, bread (or pancakes), fruit, eggs and beans. All the meals are served at the roof terrace which is a very cool place and allows to meet other people. There are also some tours organized by the hostel. We took the one to the pyramids of Teotihuacán and it was awesome! The guides are very nice and the tour by itself it's worth it! I really recommend this hostel! Awesome!!!

From my point of view, there are just two little things to point out: the first is the noise coming from the street, but there's nothing we can do about it, even though the hostel supplied free ear plugs... The second, which I think is very easy to solve is that there was no tv remote control (at least our room), which is a bit awkward...

super clean and the staffs are helpful. dinners included!!

the location is kind of difficult to find. I asked a lot of people and no one knew it. it is important to find it out on google map in advance. the bath room doesn't have any rack to put your stuff.

What a fun place to stay! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a free breakfast and dinner. The location can't be beat - 2 blocks from the zocalo. I took a few tours organized by the hotel, and I loved them all. Great guides. It really felt like staying with friends. I had a huge room, super clean. Free internet.

My room faced a street that was either super quiet, or super noisy, depending on the time of day. But the hotel supplies ear plugs, which made a big difference. Not a real complaint, just something to be aware of (request a room on the inside if it bothers you)
